What do I need to bring to my first session?
You should bring your ID, insurance card (if applicable), and co-pay (if applicable).
Where should I park?
Street parking is available at both our Noblesville & Westfield offices.
How long is each counseling session?
Our typical counseling session lasts about an hour, but we do tailor to the needs of our clients and can offer extended sessions or intensives when appropriate and requested.
How often should I attend sessions?
Your therapist will work with you on your own individual plan and provide guidance on whether you would benefit from weekly, bi-weekly, monthly appointments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life can throw curveballs your way. If you need to reschedule or cancel your counseling session, we ask for a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule efficiently and opens up the opportunity for someone else to benefit from our services.
Do you accept insurance?
Many of our providers participate as in-network providers for many major insurance companies, including but not limited to, Anthem, United/Optum, Aetna, and IU Health.
For therapists not in your network, we can offer you sliding fee scale discounts and/or provide you superbills to submit for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
What is the cost of each session?
Cost will vary widely depending on whether you are choosing self pay or utilizing insurance benefits. We can discuss with you how to find your out of pocket costs and sliding scale discounts prior to your first session.
